Tyler and Arj initially started the band as an excuse to get drunk and play Pentagram covers in Boulder, CO. Taylor joined the band not long after and brought a true hessian element and undeniable groove to Black Acid Devil. Originally the band went by the moniker "Warriors on the Edge of Time" and played one house show under that name. The band then, included Arj Narayan, Tyler Wurzer, and Taylor Iversen. Shortly thereafter, the band changed the name to what it is now (one of the worst Danzig albums). Black Acid Devil has embarked on two tours of the midwest and has played hundreds or so local shows in the last 5 years. The band has one full length out and is currently working on their follow up record. Early in 2013 Jason Carter and Zachary Amster joined the band and brought the thunder to the band. Taylor Iversen and Jason Carter left the band in August to pursue other projects. Shortly after Mike Amster returned man the drums and the band continued as a 3 piece to finish the fall of 2013. Shortly thereafter, the band featured Dave Yob on Bass and Josh Taylor on Drums till the end of the summer of 2014. The Devil will return shortly early. Stay tuned, drop out.
