This fight is quite fun, I confess. Once you get the hang of it, it's not difficult, especially if you use bone armor. The only tricky part might be the end, because of the tiny shadow creatures that start appearing, but honestly, with healing food, this fight is trivial. I recommend using items that deal long-range damage during phases where she releases shadows that grab you or when she's releasing thorns. You can stay in melee combat and land 2-3 hits, but that will unnecessarily prolong the fight. I could just use Bernie's and Shadow Flame the whole fight, but what fun would that be? Besides, I believe you can learn some of her basic movement from this video. Just swap the Shadow Flames for items that attack from a distance, and you'll defeat her easily with just a few items, like in this video. You don't even need Nightmare Fuel to recharge the bone armor.
