Galway 2017 SS3 Andy Johnson

Andy Johnson steers his ex- DTV Ireland Vauxhall Chevette over SS 3 of the Corrib Oil Galway International Rally 2017. At the finish line of this stage Andy was 3rd overall in the historic section of the rally. Andy steered his way up to 2nd overall by the end of SS 5 - to within 9 seconds of leading historic driver Ernie Graham ( Escort RS ) . Unfortunately a freak oil pump belt failure resulted in Andy having to stop / retire the Chevette from the rally on SS 6 .
