The Power Of A Decision - Making a firm decision to stop drinking

Annie Grace, author of This Naked Mind and The Alcohol Experiment, explores the power of making a firm decision to stop drinking. From the decision-making fatigue that comes from weighing choices and evaluating criteria to the large amount of mental activity and noise that’s constantly directed at decisions around drinking, Annie talks about what actually goes into making a decision and what happens when you ultimately choose.
