Tale of Two Countries: US Republic vs US Empire

While the US is a Republic, it inherited certain flaws form European Empires, which the colonist fled. Specifically, excessive military spending is associated with Empirical aspirations and contributes to our moral and economical shortcomings. Put simply, the Empire is strangling the Republic. This is visible in the EU, so the US needs to different course, one that prioritizes Compassion over Coercion, Life over Death, Internal Development vs External Empire Building. This is a key video in presentation of the Problem, and we hint at the Solution, which we will begin to present in detail shortly.
