Titan Submersible: The Warnings Before the Final Dive

Before Titan's final message went silent, its hull had already left a record of warnings. This documentary reconstructs the final dive using the NTSB final report, U.S. Coast Guard evidence, authentic shipboard audio, and ROV footage. At 10:47 a.m. on 18 June 2023, Titan sent a routine message from more than three kilometres below the North Atlantic. Minutes later, the surface team reported that tracking had been lost. This film follows the evidence backward: the first pressure hull, David Lochridge's written warning, the loud bang on Dive 80, the monitoring data, the rough aborted dive immediately before the disaster, and the last verified messages. The film distinguishes what investigators established from what remains uncertain. It does not use the fabricated final-dive transcripts circulated online, invent dialogue inside Titan, or show graphic material. No AI-generated accident reconstruction is used.
