Bratachari Nritya "Swagata"

Bratachari is essentially a People's Movement. Its principles, although founded on the most profound philosophy, are expressed in such simple language as to be understood by one and all. Its exercises, being based on simple and unsophisticated rhythmic movements, are capable of being performed b y persons of all ages and of both sexes. It lays special stress on group life and group activities, and thus makes for the promotion of unity on the widest possible basis.
