Ab kisko kahoon apna humdum | Madan Mohan | Remastered by MrDev

This is a humble remastered tribute to the legendary late Madan Mohan ji — one of Hindi cinema’s most soulful and timeless music composers. “Ab kisko kahoon apna humdum, Humdum to mera begaana tha” is known as the original raw/dummy composition sung by Madan Mohan ji himself, a haunting melody that was later adapted into the unforgettable song “Main Yahaan Hoon” from Yash Chopra’s 2004 classic film Veer-Zaara. This remastered version by MrDev is created with deep respect for the original emotion, simplicity, and musical soul of Madan Mohan ji’s composition. The purpose is not to replace the original, but to preserve its rare feeling and present it with a cleaner, more immersive listening experience for today’s audience. The song carries the pain of loneliness, broken trust, and the helpless question of a heart that no longer knows whom to call its own. In its raw form, the melody feels deeply personal — like an unfinished letter, a forgotten memory, or a ghazal quietly waiting to be heard again. 🎧 This song is Remastered by: MrDev 🎼 Music composition of this song: Inspired by the original raw dummy version Lyrics: Inspired by the original raw dummy version with slight modification Vocals : Used Madan Mohan's raw vocals with quality improvement and improvisation 🎼 Original Composition: Late Madan Mohan 🎵 Later adapted as: “Main Yahaan Hoon” in the 🎬 Film: Veer-Zaara 🎼 Music Recreated for Veer-Zaara by: Sanjeev Kohli This upload is a respectful fan-made remastered tribute to late Madan Mohan ji and the timeless legacy of Veer-Zaara’s music.
