Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG Review - Core Rulebook

Our full written review, with the scorecard and extra notes that didn't make the video: https://unlikelyparty.com/reviews/dun... We went in hoping the Dungeon Crawler Carl Core Rulebook from @RenegadeGameStudios would fix what went wrong with the Starter Set. It didn't. There's a good game in here, and the world from Matt Dinniman's novels is made for a tabletop game. But at 646 pages, it repeats much of the Starter Set you already have to buy, scatters the rules across the book, and leaves the shows, sponsors, gear and traps for the GM to invent. Joe: 5/20. Blaine: 8/20. Table score: 7, a Miss. Read our Starter Set review: https://unlikelyparty.com/reviews/dun...
