INTERNATIONAL CONNECTION | AMBASSADOR BRIDGE | ONTARIO, CANADA TO ILLINOIS

Join me on another day on the road as I leave the yard in Vaughan, Ontario and make my way across the border into the United States, finishing the day in Minooka, Illinois. The day starts at the yard with a pre-trip inspection, checking the engine oil, hooking up the trailer, sealing the load, putting on the hazmat placards, and getting everything ready for the road. From there, I hit the road, stop for fuel, grab some coffee and donuts at OnRoute, and continue toward Windsor. I make my way across the Ambassador Bridge and into Detroit before continuing through Indiana. At Love's in Gary, Indiana, I try to get my tires retorqued, but unfortunately they don't have time. Instead, I grab a chicken shawarma platter from Nuff Nuff Middle Eastern Grill before getting back on the road. I eventually make my way into Illinois and finish the day at a rest area in Minooka.
