White House says Zacharia leaving press secretary role days after taking job | BBC News

Katie Zacharia is "transitioning out" of her role as White House press secretary, the White House has confirmed to the BBC. They did not provide a timeline for when she would be leaving the position. Zacharia has been treated “very, very badly” by the media in recent days, Trump told reporters outside the White House.
