Project Rockit backing youth-led initiatives | YPPN August 2026

What happens when youth participation moves beyond consultation and young people are backed to lead? In this YPPN session, PROJECT ROCKIT shares how its National Youth Collective grew into the Impact Network — a participatory model connecting students from school workshops into civic action, anti-hate work, and youth-led change. YPPN members Dan (he/him) and Ruby (she/her) unpack what it takes to share power with young people in practice — joined by Mackenzie (she/her), Founder and Director of The Aletheia Project, who brings the perspective of a young person supported through the Network. A practical, conversational session for anyone interested in youth participation, systems change, and creating pathways for young people to shape the decisions that affect them.
