Root, Sacral & Solar Plexus Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

In this crystal singing bowl meditation, we are going deep into the first three chakras (the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus). This meditation takes you deep into the first three chakras (root chakra, sacral chakra, and solar plexus chakra), allowing for deep healing and release in these energy centers. This binaural beats meditation is best experienced with quality headphones in a silent space free from light and distraction. Simply get comfortable and let the meditation unfold before you. One may experience sensations from the center of the torso down through the feet, you may see the colors of Red, Orange, and Yellow, and you may feel the release of fear, anxiety, worry, and doubt as the energy and emotions that are held in these centers of the body are released. Enjoy! *Meditation is best experienced in a completely dark room with good headphones or speakers while lying in savasana* While laying in savasana place the hands placed over the Hara and practice Heso Chiryo Ho (The Naval Treatment Method) of Usui Reiki Ryoho. This is done by placing the tip of the middle finger of the dominant hand slightly in the navel with the non-dominant hand resting on top...OR you can simply place the dominant hand first over the navel and then the non-dominant hand on top. While listening to this meditation, breathe quietly and slowly through the nostrils and keep your awareness in the Hara. Likewise, you can play this meditation during a Reiki session as your background music all the while keeping your attention on your own Hara and letting the session flow.
