Mounting foot pegs / rails on an old kayak - Kayak Hipster

I'm slowly continuing to update the older Impex Outer Island, in this case adding foot pegs back on. A previous owner had removed them and added foam to the bulkhead, meaning that only paddlers of that height would be able to reach the foot rest. By adding the foot pegs back in, paddlers of any height can now jump in to test or paddle the kayak.
