my mostly-free October favourites (love, hikes, learning, music, & more)

Hello, and welcome to my channel 🌟!! Here are some things that I loved in the month of October. Overall, it's been a really beautiful month, and I feel super grateful for some of the things I've realised and remembered. I feel like I've really come back to myself, which I guess makes sense because autumn and winter are usually very reflective times for me ❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️ I'm also feeling quite a bit better in regards to my seasonal depression, so let me know if you'd like me to make a video with my tips for preventing/minimising/coping with it!
