Lovebird Love Corn Grass

This video shows lovebirds being fed corn fodder—also known as maize fodder or corn seedlings. At the beginning of the video, the lovebirds seem a bit hesitant to explore the corn fodder, remaining clustered around a mineral block instead. About 30 minutes later, some of the birds begin to climb onto the tray containing the corn fodder. They start nibbling and pulling at the stalks, even carrying some into their nest boxes to use as nesting material. By the end of the video, you can see that the corn fodder has been almost entirely consumed. Lovebirds clearly enjoy this type of enrichment; they will devour any fresh grass or plants placed inside their enclosure. #birdtrend #birds #parrotlife
