The Dragon Tempest - A Miao Ying Song

A song to the Storm Dragon of Cathay! Owned by GW. Lyrics: Verse 1 Where the Dragon Empire guards the eastern skies, And ancient mountains pierce the heavens high, A silver storm descends upon the plain, While thunder answers every foe in pain. Miao Ying stands where mighty rivers flow, Her eyes like winter, cold as falling snow, The Storm Dragon takes her rightful flight, A guardian forged in jade and lightning bright. Chorus Rise, Dragon Tempest, shake the heavens wide! Let thunder roll across the empire's side! Through storm and steel, through fire and flame, Let every foe remember Cathay's name! Miao Ying, the Storm Dragon takes the sky, With jade-born fury none can defy! From eastern clouds her power shall descend, The Dragon Tempest shall defend! Verse 2 The Great Bastion stands beneath her gaze, Its walls unbroken through the endless days, The northern winds bring daemons to the gate, But none shall pass to seal Cathay's fate. Her dragon wings eclipse the dying sun, Her storm-lit wrath has only just begun, With every strike the clouds unleash their might, And shattered armies vanish from her sight. Verse 3 From Nan-Gau's throne she watches o'er the land, With ancient wisdom guiding every hand, The Celestial Dragon's blood within her veins, A sacred duty stronger than the chains. No Chaos tide shall ever breach her walls, No darkened god shall answer when she calls, For Miao Ying will guard the eastern throne, And face the storm as if it were her own. Bridge Hear the bells of Nan-Gau ring, As jade and silver banners swing, Let heaven's fury split the night, And guide the empire through the fight. The Dragon's wrath, the heavens' roar, Shall guard Cathay forevermore! Final Chorus Rise, Dragon Tempest, shake the heavens wide!
