Grandma Maria’s Autumn Day 🍂 Carpathian Food, Homemade Adjika & Harvest

High in the Carpathian Mountains, in a quiet mountain village, Grandma Maria and Grandpa Vasyl live their peaceful rural life. ❤️ While it is still dark outside, the old stove is already burning and another busy village day begins. 🔥 Today Grandma Maria prepares her special Carpathian borscht, fries fresh fish, and makes homemade pies with bryndza cheese. Almost everything she uses in the kitchen has been grown with her own hands in the family garden. 🥔🥕🌶️ 🐐 Later, Maria and Vasyl go to their old barn to milk their goats. Grandma strains the fresh milk and even treats their beloved cat. 🐈🥛 But there is still plenty of work to do! 🍅 Grandma gathers ripe tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, and garlic from the garden to prepare homemade eggplant adjika. Grandpa Vasyl helps her grind all the vegetables using an old-fashioned meat grinder. While peeling garlic, Grandma Maria suddenly starts singing a cheerful traditional song. 🎶 She laughs and sings while Grandpa Vasyl listens and remembers the beautiful days of their youth. ❤️ 🍂 Later, despite the light autumn rain, Maria and Vasyl climb high into the mountains to gather the rest of their harvest — beans, cabbage, beets, and other vegetables. Since the slope is very steep, Grandma wraps the harvest in a large sheet and lets it roll gently down the hill before carefully walking down herself.
