As I stated, I’m very nervous on camera and have GAD “generalized anxiety disorder”. Looking towards the ceiling is an avoidant behavior that shows how uncomfortable I am at the moment with recording myself but it also helps me think of what I want to say next. It’s something I’ve unconsciously done for a long time and that I am working on fixing. It’s really bad in this video so I thought I’d explain in advance💕 #spirituality #consciousness #manifestation
