ತಾ ಥೈ ಎಂದಾಡುವ (Tha Thai Yendraduva), a Bharatanatyam performance at the Durga Ashtami celebrations of the Rhein Neckar Bengali Association (RNBA) in Mannheim, Germany. Composed by Sri Gopalakrishna Bharatiyar, set in Ragam Sindhu Bhairavi and Adi Talam, this composition is dedicated to Lord Shiva, the cosmic dancer Nataraja. It describes his divine dance, his magnificent form and his graceful yet powerful movements. This performance tries to bring his different poses and expressions to life. As we came together to celebrate Maa Durga, this dance was offered in devotion to Lord Shiva, her divine consort. 🙏 Acharya: Dr. S Roopa – @kalaroopam6225 Dancer: Tanuja Sathyanarayana Thank you to @MYRNBAEV for the opportunity to perform, and to everyone who came and supported. #Bharatanatyam #DurgaAshtami #Nataraja #LordShiva #ClassicalDance #Mannheim #RNBA
