Entertainment Center Build: Live Edge Maple & CNC Carved Doors

I built a floating live edge maple entertainment center from rough lumber to final install, with CNC carved wave doors, splined miter cabinets and solid acrylic risers. Free Fusion 360 plans are linked below. This is the full Fuse Decor Entertainment Center Prototype build. We combine 15" x 15" solid maple cabinets with 13" x 13" hard maple doors featuring custom 3D organic wave carves cut on the Sienci AltMill MK2. To give the piece an architectural floating look, the 47.5" x 18" live edge maple slab rests on 1-inch solid square acrylic riser bars, press fit with no fasteners or glue. Every cut, toolpath, joinery decision and finishing pass was designed to test structural integrity, material contrast and production efficiency for future custom furniture builds.
