The piece combines a strong, riff-based swing feel with crisp ensemble writing, rhythmic drive and plenty of room for the individual sections of the band to shine. This live performance was recorded by the JW BigBand Verdener Jazz und Blues Tage e.V. during the closing concert celebrating the 25th anniversary of “Jugend Jazzt in Verden”.
