This Ofe Nsala Was Loaded 🔥😋 (Nigerian White Soup Recipe)

I made a seriously loaded pot of Ofe Nsala (Nigerian White Soup) 🤤 This one is packed with beef, goat meat, cow head, stockfish, panla, crayfish, catfish and chicken. I seasoned it with habanero, fresh pepper, seasoning powder, my special soup seasoning, uyayak, uda and ogiri, then thickened it beautifully with cocoyam and finished it off with fresh uziza leaves.
