What a wonderful time it was! In this vlog, we take you along during the vacation of 'Mom', my sweet mother-in-law. She had a total of 8 weeks of vacation in Belgium and the Netherlands, and somewhere in the middle of that period, she came to stay with us in the Netherlands for 2 weeks. In this vlog, you will see a beautiful compilation of those 2 weeks she spent with us in the Netherlands. I tried to capture as many of these beautiful moments as possible! From our daily activities at home to fantastic outings. For instance, we went to the Haagse Markt together, strolled through the street fair on the Leyweg, and enjoyed a typical Dutch day out in Volendam. We also went for a breath of fresh air on the Scheveningen boulevard, where we had a delicious meal at a cozy seafood restaurant! Even the simple trips to the local supermarkets were super fun together. Unfortunately, Mom is a bit less mobile and cannot walk for very long at a time. So we nicely adjusted our pace and the outings to her, although we accidentally forgot that every now and then, oops! 😂 Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed her company and made memories for life together.
