I asked Claude a simple question about my company's GitHub. Instead of answering me, it started talking about me in the third person. 😂 It wrote: "I should be straight with her about this since it affects how much to trust the code citations." Excuse me? I'm right here! But this strange little interaction got me thinking about something much bigger: as AI starts doing real work for us, how do we know what it actually did?
