Jesus, Rule This Hour | Daily Prayer Chant

Jesus, Rule This Hour | Daily Prayer Chant This prayer chant is a simple surrender of the present moment to Jesus. Lord, rule this hour completely. Guide my thoughts, direct my conversations, order my steps, and help me make choices that honour You. Keep me from distractions, wrong decisions, impatience, fear, and anything that pulls me away from Your presence. Let Your peace govern my heart. Let Your wisdom guide me. Let Your Spirit lead me. In everything I do during this hour, may Jesus be seen and glorified. “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10 Use this prayer chant during your workday, quiet time, study time, commute, or whenever you want to intentionally place the next hour in God’s hands. May every hour of our lives come under the Lordship of Jesus.
