As part of the Water Institute's WaterTalk lecture series, Philippe Vidon, State University of New York - College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF), presents, "Multi-contaminant dynamics in riparian zones in the US Midwest: Driving variables, pollution trade-offs, and implications for water and air quality management?" This talk will synthesis the results of a multi-year study investigating the key variables driving N, P, Hg, N2O, CO2, and CH4 dynamics in a series of Midwestern riparian zones with contrasting hydrogeomorphic characteristics.
