This session introduces a practical tool, involving several pathways that practitioners can leverage to build intra-organisational IWM capacity. It involves presentations followed by audience Q&A. Key takeaways: Learn how organisations can embed IWM into their structure, culture and decision making through a practical tool. Audience Representatives of IWM Forums across the state (both Regional Vic and Metro Melbourne), Local Government, Catchment Management Authorities, Water utilities and other interested parties working in: Strategic and statutory planning Stormwater management Sustainability and liveability Environment / waterway management Water / wastewater infrastructure planning. Presenter Jamie Ewert (Natural Capital & Climate) Jamie Ewert has extensive experience delivering the stormwater and IWM capacity program, having facilitated and delivered many Clearwater events with local government, as well as capacity building and conference events at a national scale through the CRC for Water Sensitive Cities. He led both the Communications and Research Adoption portfolios for the CRC. Since his time at the CRC, Jamie has been part of Alluvium Consulting and Natural Capital Economics, initially as an IWM specialist and now as a Climate Adaptation Lead.
