[FWR] Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers v2.3 - Any% (Gear 3) in 1:23:38.333

my final send off to 2.3..... well... kinda. this run was pretty rough overall and i might and probably will push it to sub 1:20 in the future, but for now ig this will do lol. i was so surprised at the time cause i thought this run was much worse than the last 2 runs i did, but ig not? lol other than that, this run uses alias strats, you can see all the aliases i've set at the start of the video. one thing i couldn't really get to do was to unlock chao for emerald cup, because barrier cup was kinda ass, so that's how you can probably get a better run than this! huge shoutouts to ‪@LeminPS3‬ for starting to run any% for just a little bit, making me interested on it just enough to get a run going! (timer on the title changed to actual time now, ty troy!)
