LOVEBITES Just Melted My Face! | "Break the Wall" First Reaction

After countless requests, I finally sat down to react to LOVEBITES – "Break the Wall"... and wow, now I understand why so many of you wanted me to hear this one. This song absolutely rips! I don't know that I'd call it pure thrash metal because Asami's vocals bring a different dimension to the music. She isn't using an operatic style like some metal vocalists, but she also isn't relying on harsh screaming. Instead, her powerful melodic vocals fit perfectly over the band's incredibly aggressive instrumental attack. And speaking of that attack... If you took the vocals away, I honestly would've thought I was listening to one of the legendary "Big Four" thrash bands like Metallica, Megadeth, or Slayer. The guitars are relentless, the riffs are crushing, and the energy never lets up. It's an absolutely ferocious performance. The twin guitar work from Midori and Miyako is phenomenal. Every riff and solo is played with precision, speed, and incredible musicianship. Fami lays down a rock-solid bass foundation, while Haruna absolutely destroys it on the drums. Her playing is powerful, technical, and incredibly tight. She's one of those drummers who instantly grabs your attention. Every single member of LOVEBITES brings something special to the table, and together they create a sound that's both brutally heavy and incredibly musical. This one is an easy two thumbs up from me, and it's definitely earning a spot on my playlist!
