Brompton Life Unfolded - Erick Cedeno and Danny Upshaw

In this episode of Life Unfolded, Erick Cedeño (Bicycle Nomad) and Danny Upshaw explore Los Angeles through the lens of friendship, culture, and community — all on their Brompton bikes. What began over a decade ago as two friends sharing a passion for exploration and storytelling has evolved into a journey that now folds into the legacy of Brompton’s 50-year heritage. From the city streets to hidden corners of LA, Erick and Danny reflect on how their bikes have become more than a mode of transport — they’ve become symbols of freedom, creativity, and connection. Together, they talk about how community shapes their lives, how exploration keeps them grounded, and how their Bromptons have become part of their personal and cultural heritage. Life Unfolded celebrates not just Brompton’s 50-year legacy, but the stories and friendships that continue to unfold with every ride.
