be with me now // deep dub techno +

#dubtechno #hypnotictechno #djtutorial // This again is a primarily dub techno playlist with minimal technical mixing that helps me keep teaching the basics of mixing with software. This episode in our journey has taught us how difficult it is to hear music in the wind (even with these big speakers) and, more crucially, how important it is to have all the music you want to play downloaded. I left in the parts of the video where the software was about to crash when it couldn't access the files on the hard drive due to not having a strong internet connection. Luckily, we managed to get Mom's phone and quickly set up a hotspot. Well, this can't happen again! This video is part of the deepmodtech project, an art experiment exploring the intersection of poetry, electronic music DJ sets, and experimental film. One of the primary aims of the project is to archive thoughts and good music for a very special person in my life, my son Skywalker. #djset #deepmodtech #vizzy #mixxx #bedroomdj #triphop #gusgus
