Harley Davidson Sportster rear brake caliper rebuild

On this episode we tackle the seized rear brake caliper on the Sportster. We pump out the old piston using the brake system pressure. Give the whole caliper a deep clean then install the new o-ring, piston and dust cover. The brake system is ready to go now. New master cylinder, our custom copper line to the T piece, then a 30cm braided line from the T piece to the caliper and now a fully rebuild caliper. Like and comment if you’re enjoying our content!
