Honda 400ex Build - Part 16 - First Ride, Fully Assembled, Heat Cycles Complete, Next Build Revealed

Honda 400ex build assemble part 16 (First Ride! - Heat Cycles Completed! Fully Assembled! Next Build Revealed!). This is the final chapter in the 2006 Honda TRX400EX Sportrax Hybrid build. The first ride was major success! The motor (engine) ran good and clutch shifted silky smooth! Even reverse worked and the transition back to first gear was like butter! I would call this build a complete success! This build is finished but I will be coming back to it periodically to do modifications and add-ons in the future so stay tuned! Installing the foot pegs (footpegs) and heel guards, Hooking up the chain and master link, adjusting the chain to the specified slack specs, Reverse bleeding the rear brake master cylinder and the rear brake caliper. This was all accomplished by using a large syringe using a piece of hose attached, adding Dot 4 brake fluid, inserting & torqueing all the bolts, loctite (thread locker). The engine cases were vapor blasted.
