Incomplete railway lines results in train accident

Passenger Rail Agency, PRASA, says this morning's train derailment near Kimberley in the Northern Cape, was due to incomplete work on the railway lines and poor communication. A new Afro 4000 locomotive was hauling the train. Prasa denies that this had anything to do with the cause of the derailment.
