A New Home for Al Amin’s Family | Housing Support in Bangladesh | The Sadaqa Sisters

In Gabura Union, Shyamnagar, Satkhira, Md. Al Amin lives with his wife and two children — Arina, a Grade 4 student, and Arian, who studies in Grade 1. Al Amin works as a fisherman, catching fish fry from the river, and takes day-labor work during fishing bans. His family’s previous home was demolished during a development project because it stood within a road-slope area on public land. With nowhere else to go, the family of four had to live in Al Amin’s father’s kitchen, making everyday life, privacy, and the children’s education extremely difficult. Through The Sadaqa Sisters, a safe and secure new home was built for the family — giving them stability, dignity, and a place they can finally call their own. May Allah abundantly reward the generous donor who made this home possible and accept this act of sadaqah. Beneficiary: Md.
