TURBO Smart Car built by a 74 YEAR OLD! *INSANE*

www.driven247.co.uk I met Jeff at a local car cafe to me, the Smart Car was there which we were looking at and I was surprised when he walked over and said he owned it, from then I knew I had to get Jeff on the channel because not only is this car build just ridiculously insane, BUT Jeff is a real nice, clever guy and I wanted to show both him and the car off in this video!
