Walking in an Ankle Knee Foot Orthosis, Please help

Is there anything or anyone that can help me? I survived Polio, and my nervous system has been severed in my spinal cord, which has affected my left leg. I have little functionality, and am seeking any assistance that will give me functionality. I need to be able to live my life, be a mother, and just walk without pain and frustration. Any help and suggestions will be extremely appreciated, thank you.
