Claymore Exterminator runs in Tokyo! Claymores are actually pretty fun to play with, though it will take require some knowledge of spawn points to use them effectively as compared to molotovs. Perks: 232 122 131 For claymores, it is better to go for longer burn duration as sometimes a stray zeke can activate the claymore, but with longer duration it can still help cover the sides longer. I prefer health boost over masking since it helps to soak up some damage while still keeping the zeke aggro on you, so you don't unknowingly screw up your teammates. Pocket factory is very useful, so you can leave bags for other classes while still regenerating claymores throughout the defences for placements. Pros You can set it up right at the start and replenish the equipment charge during the defence. You can effectively use and place more claymores during a defence to cover flanks. With pocket factory, it replenishes faster than molotovs. Cover multiple spawn points at once without having to be in the vicinity. Cons A single zeke can spawn from the sides which triggers the claymore. Claymores are sometimes "wasted" because the zeke/specials spawn from another spot. Difficult to use while getting chased / swarmed. Can't kill a bull quickly (unlike Molotov where you can throw it at a bull).
