Assistive Devices Distribution for Persons with Disabilities | SGF & DEPD | Shahdadpur 2026

Sindh Green Foundation (SGF), with financial support from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), Government of Sindh, implemented an Assistive Device Support Initiative in District Sanghar, Sindh. The initiative supported 170 persons with disabilities through the distribution of assistive devices aimed at improving mobility, independence, accessibility and participation in everyday life. Key Highlights 170 Persons with Disabilities Supported 170 Assistive Devices Distributed 17 June 2026 Bilal Banquet, Shahdadpur, District Sanghar Support provided through DEPD, Government of Sindh Coverage across 81 villages/areas, 21 Wards/Union Councils and 3 Talukas Shahdadpur, Sinjhoro and Tando Adam The initiative included support through wheelchairs, tricycles, walkers, crutches, elbow sticks, white canes and hearing aids. The event also provided opportunities for beneficiaries and their families to receive information and guidance through legal information and civil documentation support, strengthening access to services and rights. This initiative reflects SGF’s commitment to disability inclusion, accessibility, dignity, equal opportunities and empowerment of persons with disabilities.
