Day 4 Task D final day results for Team Sweden. An order was made from the HMI containing up to three workpices consiting of up to the separate colors, black, red, silver. When order is started the workpiece first gets measured to see if its the correct color / not upside down. Incorrect workpieces got sent out on the left hand side of the station. If the workpiece is correct it's transported to SkillsConveyor where a cap is mounted. Afterwards the workpiece is measured to see if the height is correct. This is beacause some workpieces had a inlay in them to simulate incorrect mounting of cap. If the cap was incorrectly mounted it would be sent down the slide direclty after the SkillsConveyor. The workpieces with correct mounting of cap go down from the SkillsConveyor to a lift a turn module that puts the workpieces on a scale to weigh them. Almost like the inlay that would simulate a incorrect mounting of cap there also was an inlay that simulated a too heavy workpiece. If the workpiece was too heavy it would be sent down the slide to the right hand side of the station. If the weight was correct the workpiece gets put on a workpiece carrier and gets cap removed. Then the workpiece goes to RFID reader and gets RFID value written to it, the value depended on which number in the order the workpiece was produced. First workpiece produced gets "1" written to it, second workpiece gets "2" and so on. After writing the RFID value a number of balls gets put in the workpiece depending on the color of the workpiece. Black : 2 balls, Red : 4 balls, Silver : 6 balls. When the correct number of balls has been ejected the workpiece gets transported back to lift and turn module, gets cap put back on, lifted off the workpiece carrier and then transported to a slide on the first station. This sequence continued until all correct workpieces of the order was completed.
