China refused to support the American operation, and US officials now believe Beijing has no intention of standing by its supposed ally. Attempts to settle the dispute through negotiations have so far failed. Then, at around 03:00 GMT, the situation turned into open conflict. 🚨 US forces arrived by sea and launched an assault on the Chinese foothold in Mogadishu, Somalia. The attack caught the defenders off guard, and the main Chinese base was quickly overrun. 🇺🇸⚔️🇨🇳 Chinese personnel stationed there were captured and taken away as prisoners of war, leaving only the beach position still under Chinese control. For China, the immediate priority is now to retake the lost ground and rebuild the destroyed foothold. Black Lotus and her team are expected to play a key role in gathering intelligence and supporting the counterattack. 🛰️ From the American perspective, the assault is being presented as a response to what Washington sees as China's refusal to cooperate. From the Chinese side, however, the attack is being viewed as a betrayal by a supposed ally. With both sides refusing to back down, Mogadishu has become the latest flashpoint in a rapidly deteriorating relationship. 🌍🔥 WARNING!
