Pink Floyd – Comfortably Numb | Piano Cover with Falling Notes

My piano interpretation of “Comfortably Numb” by Pink Floyd, performed by Dag Jomar Mersland with synchronized falling-note visuals. I enjoy playing songs in my own style: I find the chords, then try to play the music by ear as I remember it. The notes are not always exactly the same as in the original, but hopefully the song still feels familiar. You could call it a semi-improvised, by-ear way of playing rather than a note-for-note arrangement. I was surprised when I discovered that I could play this song in that way. After a few days of practice, I felt it was ready enough to record. The solo sections are still above my level, so I made this a shorter version focused on the verses and choruses. I hope you enjoy this piano performance of one of Pink Floyd’s most iconic songs. If you do, please consider liking the video, subscribing and letting me know what you think in the comments.
