my summer reset: unplugging, drip coffee & rediscovering analog hobbies | introvert diaries ep. 9

☀️ Something about summer makes me want to reset everything. This episode is about intentionally stepping back; from the phone, from the scroll, from the noise; and finding my way back to the things that actually fill me up. We're talking physical media, analog hobbies, and why I want books and magazines to replace the screen time I've been giving away for free. 📚 Things I mentioned: The Family Upstairs & The Family Remains — Lisa Jewell The Full Moon Coffee Shop — Takahiro Ueda The Man with the Compound Eyes — Wu Ming-Yi The Root of Evil - Håkan Nesser Magazines: Kinfolk and Cubicle The Best Of Sade (Vinyl) 2LP Filmed on Sony a6400 + Sony E 50mm f/1.8 OSS; Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Edited with Davinci Resolve Music from Epidemic Sound: https://share.epidemicsound.com/g15xwj 📖 introvert diaries playlist →    • cafe hopping, city walks & getting back in...   🌟 Subscribe - new episodes every week.
