So after barely taking the Galaxy Watch Ultra off my wrist since launch, I wanted to give you a brutally honest, real-world long-term review rather than another launch-day spec sheet. I dug through the developer settings and system logs to check the actual battery health after two years, walk through what I genuinely get day to day (two full days plus sleep tracking, often a third), and the four battery things that still disappoint me — the slow ~1h40m charge, no wireless power sharing, and just how much the always-on display really costs you.
