RIG & CHILL : KINEFINITY MAVO S35 MARK 2 - 2025 PRODUCTION RIG

In this episode of our “Quick Rig & Chill” series, we’re stripping things back. This session was captured in November 2025, and while we’ve since updated the kit, we wanted to share the process of getting this Kinefinity Mavo S35 production-ready on a lean budget. The Goal: To build a reliable, professional-standard rig using some of the most affordable accessories available online. We’re proving that you can get the Mark 2 into a working production state without breaking the bank at the earliest stages. A Note on the Setup: We recognize this build is missing some industry staples, at the time of filming, we were working without a matte box, ND filters, a wireless FIZ system, and timecode/sound jam. However, this video is about the foundation of the rig. What’s Next? We are planning a full, long-term review of the Kinefinity Mavo S35 later this year or in early 2027.
