Pokémon Emerald Version - Rival Battle #4

After you defeat Team Aqua at the Weather Institute, you’ll battle Brendan or May for the 4th time. After winning, you’ll receive an HM02 (Fly). Using this move lets your Pokémon fly to a known town or city you’ve been to so far but you must get the badge from Fortree City first. Scott will then arrive to check on your progress.
