Phase 7: Tranquility Collectibles Walkthrough – Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse Remastered

Phase 7 (chapter 7 and Choshiro's second chapter) in Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse (Project Zero 4 in Europe and Japan) takes a darker turn as we uncover illegal experiments and brutal truths behind the hospital's haunting past. In this guide, you'll find the locations of all collectibles, including Hozuki Dolls, Specters, Wraiths, Documents, Recordings, and items. • There is a Revenant is this chapter but it requires the Sense upgrade to actually catch it. • Tip 1: beware of the ghost hand when picking up 'Stones', I noticed they tend to trigger a lot when playing as Choshiro. • Tip 2: In the Graveyard, Masanobu Fuchiki, Michihiko Ikushima, and Yuuzou Takemura will keep coming back even after you beat them, so it’s actually a pretty decent spot to farm some spirit points. That said, if you’re not up for the fight, you can totally just run past and skip it. 📍 Phase 7 Collectibles: • File [Document] x11 • File [Record] x6 • Voice [Tape] x4 • Voice [Telephone] x1 • Wraith x6 • Specter x19 • Revenant x1 • Hozuki Doll x3 • Lens: Chain • Blue Spirit Stone x73 • Red Spirit Stone x45 • Mirrorstone x1 • Sacred Water x2 • Herbal Medicine x1 🏆 Achievement Progress: • Voice of the Voiceless – All notes, diaries, and recordings • Hozuki Dolls in Memoriam – All Hozuki Dolls • Search for the Faint and Hidden – All Revenants • Chasing Shadows – All Specters • Taming the Spirits – All Wraiths 👍 Like & Subscribe for more chapter guides and full-game walkthroughs! 📺 Watch the full playlist: [   • Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse – 1...  ] Timestaps: 00:00 – Phase 7: Intro 00:24 – Mirrorstone 00:27 – Voice 14 [Tape]: Choshiro's Investigation Notes (4) 00:48 – Blue Spirit Stone x10 01:22 – File 73 [Document]: Scribbled Last Words 01:32 – Ghost Battle: Masanobu Fuchiki 01:49 – Wraith 35: Sato Mizunoe 02:30 – Specter 74: Nurse in front of mortuary 02:53 – Blue Spirit Stone x15 03:08 – File 74 [Record]: Post-Mortem Report - Tomoko Hinuma 03:24 – Revenant 5: Faceless corpse 03:39 – Red Spirit Stone x15 04:00 – Sacred Water 04:06 – File 75 [Record]: Memo - 'Erroneous Documents' 04:25 – Voice 15 [Tape]: Choshiro's Investigation Notes (2) 04:32 – File 76 [Record]: Post-Mortem Report - Tsubhaki Tono 04:39 – Hozuki Doll 43 05:15 – Ghost Battle: Masanobu Fuchiki 05:30 – Specter 75: Nurse patrolling rooms 05:51 – Specter 76: Nurse heading somewhere 06:15 – Sacred Water 06:29 – Picture: Control Panel 06:50 – Wraith 36: Kyoko Kitazume 07:58 – File 77 [Document]: Construction Worker's Logbook 08:27 – Herbal Medicine 08:31 – Hozuki Doll 44 08:42 – Wraith 37: Miyoshi Tsukigase 08:57 – Power Switch 09:56 – File 78 [Record]: Memo 'Special Treatment' 10:18 – Red Spirit Stone x20 10:35 – Specter 77: Yo reading 10:54 – File 79 [Document]: Letter from Soya Yomotsuki 11:06 – File 80 [Document]: Director Haibara's Notes (2) 11:14 – Specter 78: Yo in laboratory 11:37 – Ghost Battle: Yuzo Takemura 11:47 – File 81 [Document]: Patient Observation Record 11:53 – File 82 [Document]: Haibara's Assistant's Notes (4) 12:37 – Wraith 38: Sanae Hozuki (Blossomed) 13:21 – Specter 79: Nurse heading somewhere (2) 13:42 – Specter 80: Nurse heading somewhere (3) 14:30 – File 83 [Record]: 'Film Incineration' 15:01 – File 84 [Record]: Bundle of Burned Letters 15:10 – Specter 81: Nurse heading somewhere (4) 15:22 – Blue Spirit Stone x10 15:39 – Specter 82: Nurse heading somewhere (5) 15:49 – Specter 83: Nurse heading somewhere (6) 16:07 – Lens: Chain 16:25 – Specter 84: Nurse in front of grave 16:58 – Hozuki Doll 45 17:15 – Blue Spirit Stone x20 17:42 – File 85 [Document]: Tsubaki Tono's Diary 17:50 – Ghost Battle: Masanobu Fuchiki, Michihiko Ikushima, Yuko Takezuma 18:39 – Specter 85: Man in sink 19:41 – Voice 16 [Telephone]: Unknown Voice (2) 20:18 – Specter 86: Yo heading to new building 20:49 – Red Spirit Stone x10 21:36 – Blue Spirit Stone x3 22:01 – Voice 17 [Tape]: Choshiro's Investigation Notes (3) 22:33 – Ghost Battle: Masanobu Fuchiki, Michihiko Ikushima, Yuko Takezuma 22:53 – Specter 87: Nurse entering lift 23:12 – Ghost Battle: Tadayuki Kaido & Takashi Aiba 23:53 – Specter 88: Nurse in front of station 24:13 – File 86 [Document], Voice 18 [Tape] 24:31 – Specter 89: Sayaka gathering belongings 25:02 – File 87 [Document]: Sayaka's Diary (4) 25:10 – Blue Spirit Stone x15 25:27 – Ghost Battle: Shoji Katagiri 25:46 – Specter 90: Man going to gallery 26:02 – Specter 91: Yo in front of hidden door 26:49 – Specter 92: Ayako squirming in bed 27:35 – Ghost Battle: Ayako 28:04 – File 88 [Document]: Black Book (4) 28:33 – File 89 [Document]: Black Book (5) 28:47 – Playing the 'Sealed Film' 29:37 – Wraith 39, 40: Yuko Magaki, Yuko Magaki (Blossomed) 31:20 – Outro #fatalframe #fatalframe4 #projectzero #projectzero4 #maskofthelunareclipse #FatalFrameGuide #ps5gameplay #horrorgames #collectiblesguide #fatalframewalkthrough #wraiths #specters #revenants #HozukiDolls #fullwalkthrough #ghostlist #survivalhorror
