The making of From the Boys

A film about the making of From the Boys - a podcast series about growing up male in North London in 2026. The project saw Year 10 pupils create their own podcast series about their lives as they experience them, adding their voices to conversations around teenage boys and young masculinity. The project was also designed to give them high-quality work experience with Middlesex University. They leant a range of skills narrative construction to interviewing, and how to capture and edit audio through the use of boom mics and professional software. The film premiered at the launch of the podcast series held at William Ellis School on Thursday 22nd October 2026.
