Turning Vintage Machines into a Foot-Powered Grinder

An old hand-crank grinder. A treadle sewing machine. Both made decades ago, both still willing to work. In this video, I try combining them— to give them a new task, and to keep making things without noise. Through trial and error. It’s not finished yet. Will it work at all? I’m not sure.
